DISC19: six Discord reports, the town watch, its audit, the PCAAO hit-chance clamp, and the new Discord link is an entry in the Game updates database, listed under 2026-09.

From the game's own history. A title is the update's own; a codex page is listed when it cites a file the update changed, which means its numbers or rules may have moved. Where a page says it was checked on a date, only later updates are held against it.
