A swing ahead of you reaching 2.5 m for 120% damage, extra against wounded foes.

Headsman's Chop is an entry in the Weapon techniques database.

A technique is a line on a Magic, Rare or Legendary weapon (see Item affixes). It has its own key. Damage is a share of the blow the weapon would normally deal, so skill, metal and armour still count, and a miss is still a miss. Fatigue is spent each use; the cooldown is in seconds.
