The Rovandi Residence

In a quest, a house can be named The Rovandi Residence. The surname is made from the name bank of the Khajiit bank, so it turns up in Khajiit regions. Quests that send you to a house describe it as a residence in a town; ask around, or read the street signs, to find which one it is.

The Rovandi Residence is an entry in the Quest residence names database.

The name is made up when the quest starts, from the surname banks of the town's region, so this lists all of them rather than the one you were given. The Redguard name bank has no surnames, so a Redguard region's houses are named differently. Source: NameGen.txt and the quest place code.
