High Elf

High Elves hail from the province of Sumurset. You are part of a tall, golden-skinned people, extremely intelligent, agile, and willful. The magical nature of Sumurset Isle has made the High Elves natural spellcasters who are immune to paralysing poisons and spells. Is your character to be a High Elf?

High Elf is an entry in the Races database, listed under Elf.

Only what the game's code tables hold is listed: the elemental flags from the race table and the combat bonuses of the default combat overhaul, which are driven by your stats (STR strength, AGI agility, SPD speed, END endurance, LCK luck; every division rounds down). A race not listed for a weapon gets nothing with it. Other racial traits are not in these tables.
