What its power does
Chain Lightning
Each of its arrows that lands arcs to the nearest other foe within 6 m, for half its damage as shock.
How it drops
Where it drops
There is no monster that carries Stormcaller's Bow and no chest that holds it. A weapon drops first (Short Bow, Long Bow), and if that piece rolls Legendary on the ladder, the game picks one named record that fits it. Records found among beast sources weigh five to one, so Stormcaller's Bow is far likelier from the places listed here. Any weapon, armour or jewellery in any corpse or treasure pile can be rolled, so a source of another family can still give it, at the lower odds shown on the last line.
Getting the base piece
A piece has to drop before it can be Legendary. Weapons come from the weapon chance on a loot table (see Loot tables), and from the kit a foe carries: an Archer carries a bow, a Warrior a heavy weapon, and so on (see Enemy kits). The odds above are per eligible piece, at Luck 50, with no finders. Luck, Foxglove and a long dry spell multiply them, as the Item rarity page explains.
Items (legendary pieces made from it)
Loot rarity is on by default and forced on online. A Legendary is the second rung from the top of the ladder (Common, Magic, Rare, Legendary, Aetheric, Artifact, Gilded). Its bonuses are fixed; only its condition varies. Foes of its family drop it five times as readily as any other.
