Where to find it

In the shops

The game fills each shelf in a shop by chance when the day starts. A shop has several shelves, so these are the chances for one shelf, and the shop's quality (1 to 20) has to be at least what is shown.

• Pawn shop: 10% a shelf

Shops that buy it from you: Pawn shop.

From foes and treasure

It can drop from any foe or treasure pile whose loot table rolls this kind of item. Each success rolls again at half the chance. The tables, best first:

• Table K (Undead Loot): 80%
• Table U (Laboratory Loot): 70%
• Table F (Giant Loot): 10%
• Table J (Undead bosses): 10%
• Table LR3 (Spellcasters): 10%
• Table S (Dragon Loot, Daedras): 10%
• Table T (Knight Orc Warlord): 10%
• Table G (Undead naked): 5%
• Table H (Undead armed): 5%
• Table I (Undead spirits): 5%
• Table LR1 (Warrior, Barbarian): 5%
• Table N (Castle Loot): 5%
• Table Q (Vampires): 5%
• Table L (Nest Loot): 3%
• Table E (Giant): 2%
• Table C (Rangers): 1%
• Table M (Cave Loot): 1%

Every foe and dungeon points at one of these: see the loot tables, and Loot and drops for how the metal is chosen.
