By default loot no longer scales with your level (Unleveled Loot): the material depends on your Luck, on the kind of dungeon or the shop's quality. Percent chances from a large simulation of the game's own roll, so they are good to about a tenth of a percent. A plate piece uses the same ladder. Gold on a corpse is divided by your level.
